- Manages overall reconstructive product’s sales and marketing activities in Turkey by performing the following duties personally
- Ensures the execution of Europe’s predetermined Fiscal Year Business Plan Critical Success Factors. Manages the strategies and tactics to properly address these factors in order to accomplish financial objectives. Spends a significant time in the field with customers and distributor’s sales force to accomplish this primary dutyCoordinates communication and business related activities with International PMs & Sales Managers to drive best practices, create synergy, and optimize shared resources and reporting to Local Marketing Manager
- Manages staffing, training, performance evaluations of distributor’s sales team
- Coordinates sales distribution by establishing proper sales quotas, and territory business plans
- Continuously analyzes profitability statistics to formulate policy in promoting sales and marketing expenses to meet financial objectives
- Reviews market information to determine evolving customer needs. Develops sales campaigns and recommends marketing campaigns to address these needs without deviating from overall European strategic direction
- Develops and maintains strong key opinion leader relationships in order to influence company’s image and preferred position in the market place
- To launch new products (NBO) in the market together with distributors
- To organize a workshops & training for the key customers & distributors
- To organize a local congress & events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree minimum, graduate degree preferred
- 3 years minimum Orthopaedic industry experience in similar position or a sales and/or marketing area.
- Fluency in English is essential
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals and financial reports required
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or customers
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages
- Ability to define problems and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to act on behalf of the company with professionalism and integrity.
